Prior to listing our home for sale, I had attempted to contact numerous realtors in the area without any response. When I was ready to give up, I found myself asking God to just send me a realtor. Within the hour, I had received a postcard for a home listed by Allison. She responded immediately to my email and listed the house the following week. In a slow market area, our house had an accepted offer in three weeks! My son had said that if anyone could sell our house, it would be Allison...and it was! Allison sold two properties for us in 2017. Throughout the entire process of these sales, she was level-headed, professional, upbeat, and extremely helpful. We had issues involving shocking wells, finding “pins” marking acreage corners, dealing with vermiculite, just to name a few. She would always diffuse the situation and jump right in there to help!!
