I have been a real estate investor and landlord for decades. I have been wanting to buy a cabin at Priest Lake for several years and last summer I happened to see one of Allison’s listings online. Initially the photos of the cabin attracted me, the images were vivid and clear. I almost felt like I had “seen” the cabin before my first showing. A Call Back
Prior to listing our home for sale, I had attempted to contact numerous realtors in the area without any response. When I was ready to give up, I found myself asking God to just send me a realtor. Within the hour, I had received a postcard for a home listed by Allison. She responded immediately to my email and listed the house the following week. In a slow market area, our house had an accepted offer in three weeks! My son had said that if anyone could sell our house, it would be Allison…and it was!
